  1. 1.Site trustable?

    We've been in business for over 7 years. All of our items/gold are 100% handwork by our gold supplier team. We would never allow using cheats, automation software (bots), hacks, mods or any other third-party software to farm illegal gold for selling.
  2. 2.What should I be aware of if I pay my order with credit card?

    If you are the first time buying with credit card, the verification maybe needed. Usually need to make a phone call to you.
    Files as follows will be needed if your order over $200:
    1.A copy of both sides of the credit card HOLDER's photo ID (driver license, passport or other government issued photo ID)
    2.A front copy of the payment credit card with last 4 digit-number, expired date, signature and cardholder's name clearly displayed.
    Both scanned copies and digital photos are acceptable through email to sales@dearcoins.com.
  3. 3.Why i paid but not received items/gold?

    Site working 24/7. Most orders will be delivered in 5 hours. If you paid but not received items in 5 hours please contact us. EChecks may take up to 4-5 business days to clear.
